When the school atmosphere is below 80%, he will take a photo of Ryoba committing murder or of the corpse and run to show it to the police, who are just outside the school. If he witnesses a murder, he will react with a Heroic persona.
When the school atmosphere is above 80%, he will act similarly to Fureddo Jonzu: if he discovers a corpse, he reacts like a Snitch. Among the personas that are currently implemented in the game, Wataru is a Sleuth.
